Individual Training Programs
TRIATHLETE ULTIMATE COACHING PACKAGE: $250/month: This is the program which should be used by dedicated triathletes. Customized training plans for triathletes looking to have the very best in personalized training and coaching. This package includes:
- Individualized training plans posted weekly through www.trainingpeaks.com. This program allows the athlete to give work out details, and Coach Sean to give post-workout feedback.
- Unlimited communication (through text messaging, phone calls, and e-mails),
- Yearly goal setting planning sessions, macro strategic overview of strengths and weaknesses, pre-race strategy briefs, and post race constructive debriefs.
- $200 start-up fee for (3) individual coaching sessions in the first month to include: Core/Strength/Flexibility and Running Drills, Computrainer, and Swim drills/Stroke analysis. If extra sessions are prescribed by Coach Sean, they will be provided at no extra charge. Group workouts are also available.
SINGLE SPORT PACKAGE: $150/month: Customized training plans, for the single sport athlete (cyclist, mtn biker, swimmer or runner) developed with your race schedule in mind. This plan is designed for athletes training for a single sport race (i.e. half-marathon, or mountain bike race) It is NOT designed for athletes training for a triathlon, and just want coaching on one discipline. This package includes:
- Individualized training plans posted weekly through www.trainingpeaks.com.
- Unlimited communication (through text messaging, phone calls, and e-mails)
- Yearly goal setting planning sessions, macro strategic overview of strengths and weaknesses, pre-race strategy briefs, and post race constructive debriefs.
- $100 start-up fee for (2) Individual Coaching sessions. If extra sessions are prescribed by Coach Sean, they will be provided at no extra charge. Group workouts will also be available.
